Trevor Nagle is a Consultant with Organization Development Consultants, Inc. (ODC). He posseses more than fifteen years of experience as an internal and external organizational development (OD) consultant. He has designed and implemented training and development and change management activities for public, private, and non-profit leaders and workforces.
He has particular expertise in the development of leadership programs, multi-rater assessments, organizational culture audits, and the application of workforce engagement interventions for both internal employees and independent sales forces. Utilizing a solid systems orientation, he focuses on providing data-driven and measurement-based olutions for clients.
Trevor is a veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, having served as a linguist and training manager for more than a decade. Additionally, his professional experience includes academic positions with Edgewood College (Madison, WI) and Deerfield Academy (Massachusetts), along with training and development leadership roles within medium-sized and Fortune 500 corporations.
